The courses provide essential training to help operators of shared-access facilities create sustainable e-learning services for their clients, increase revenues, and help program participants develop computing skills.
The following is an overview of the Windows and Microsoft Office Basics E-Learning curriculum. The curriculum offers access to a set of rich and engaging e-learning courses that explore the basic concepts and skills needed to work with the Windows operating system and popular Microsoft Office applications. In addition to e-learning instruction, most courses also provide a 10-question multiple-choice assessment test to help participants measure their progress against the course objectives. Upon successful completion of all the courses and assessments, the participant receives a certificate of achievement.
