1. Decide which membership level is right for your institution
2. Have the following information ready:
   • The name and e-mail address of the person whom you will designate as the program administrator for your Microsoft IT Academy program.
      The program administrator will be the primary contact for your institution’s Microsoft IT Academy program; they will receive the Welcome Kit and important e-mails
       regarding access to your benefits.
   • Your institution’s tax ID or tax-exempt information (if applicable).

All applications undergo a review process before acceptance to the Microsoft IT Academy program is granted. Within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your online application, your program administrator will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order status and directions on how to complete the application.

All benefits are realized shortly after acceptance into the program, and membership fees help cover the cost of these benefits. Therefore, no refunds can be issued.
