Microsoft Slovenia wins 'Zlata Nit' best employer competition

For the second year in a row, Microsoft Slovenia was chosen as a winner in the 'Zlata nit' competition for the best employers, held by the Dnevnik newspaper. Last year, Microsoft won in the small business category and this year, the company repeated the feat in the category of medium businesses. During the review of feedback from Microsoft employees, the expert panel found that Microsoft is above average in all metrics of quality of the relationship between the company and its employees.

Employees in Microsoft share the view that the right people advance within the company and that working in Microsoft improves their employment options and competitiveness in the job market. High levels of employee satisfaction directly impact the company's performance.
